Introducing

Diana Osorio

I’m Diana Osorio—Colombian immigrant, mother of two, and a woman who found her purpose in the kitchen when life invited me to reinvent myself.

Every bite is meant to awaken a memory

I never imagined becoming a baker

Baker, Creator & Founder of DianaOven

I grew up believing that cooking and crafts weren’t my strengths. In fact, I’m a lawyer by profession. But when I moved to the United States and became a mother for the second time, everything shifted. I needed a way to stay close to my children while helping support my home, so I turned to the one thing I could do with my hands and my heart: baking.

What began in 2016 with the challenge of making cake pops slowly became a journey of study, experimentation, and countless trial-and-error moments. Over time I created my own recipe—one that finally gave me the stability, taste, and joy I had been searching for. That discovery opened the door to everything that DianaOven is today.

As I grew in this craft, something else grew in me too: the desire to honor the women who cook, bake, and create experiences for others every day. Women who often leave their home country, their careers, and their identity to rebuild their lives from scratch. Women whose work in the kitchen is sometimes undervalued, even though their hands create memories, celebrations, and moments of love.

Through DianaOven, I want to dignify that work. I want to remind you that what you make with your hands is meaningful.
And I want every dessert I craft to carry intention.

Here, you’ll find treats designed to bring back the taste of your childhood—the little cake your grandmother baked, the dessert from the shop near your house, the birthday slice you shared with your best friend. Every bite is meant to awaken a memory, a feeling, a moment that shaped who you are.

And more than that, my desserts are made to help you express love in a different way. With them, you can say: I miss you. I’m proud of you. I’m sorry. I love you.

This is my story.

A journey from law to baking, from Colombia to the U.S., from uncertainty to purpose. Welcome to DianaOven—where flavor, memory, and intention come together.
